Meir posted photos from her visit to the holy site, accompanied by the caption, "I am ashamed to say I haven't been here in years." She expressed regret to her followers for her prolonged absence from the site, noting her candid sharing of personal feelings during the visit had garnered attention.
Meir, a journalist, columnist, and television host, currently anchors the current affairs program "Israel HaBoker" on Channel 14. She began her media career in 2007, working in research, reporting, and anchoring roles. Meir was among the founders of Channel 20 in 2014, which later became Channel 14, where she continued in various hosting and editing positions. She grew up in the settlement of Karnei Shomron.
