Light Rail Strikes Pedestrian in Jerusalem, Two Injured
A pedestrian was struck by Jerusalem's light rail on Thursday afternoon, sustaining moderate injuries. The incident occurred at approximately 3:36 PM on Agudat Sport Hapoel Street.
Paramedics from Magen David Adom (MDA) responded to the scene and provided medical treatment. They evacuated two individuals to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital. The pedestrian, a young man around 20 years old, suffered a head injury and was listed in moderate condition. A second person sustained light injuries.
