Hapoel Petah Tikva has registered the contract of striker Yves Eric Billa, on loan from Ludogorets, with the budget control authority. However, the club's fans will be disappointed to learn that the agreement does not include an option for Hapoel Petah Tikva to purchase Billa at the end of the season, a common practice in such deals.
