New Poll Shows Gadi Eisenkot's Party Leading, Opposition Bloc Gains

A new public opinion poll released by Channel 12 News indicates that the "Yashar!" party, led by former IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot, would emerge as the largest party if elections were held today, securing 23 seats. This represents a decrease of two mandates compared to the previous poll.

The opposition bloc, including Arab parties, collectively garnered 66 seats, a two-mandate drop from the prior survey. Notably, the "United Party" formed by Hendl and Zelicha, which does not align with the opposition, surpassed the electoral threshold, obtaining 4 mandates.

The Likud party followed Yashar! with 20 seats, one less than in the previous poll. "Beiteinu" secured 13 mandates, "HaDemocratim" received 10, and the Joint List, "Yahadut HaTorah," and "Yisrael Beiteinu" each obtained 8 seats. Yisrael Beiteinu's result was one mandate lower than before.

Shas is projected to win 7 seats, "Otzma Yehudit" 6, and the Religious Zionism-Identity party, led by Smotrich and Feiglin, 5 seats. "Ra'am," "HaMiluimnikim-HaKalkalit," and "Amcha Yisrael" are expected to win 4 seats each. The latter two parties saw their mandate count decrease by one from the previous poll, with the United Party of Hendl and Zelicha crossing the electoral threshold.
