Otzma Yehudit Denies Reports of PM Netanyahu Reassuring Party on Coalition Inclusion

The Otzma Yehudit party has vehemently denied a report claiming Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with party leader Itamar Ben-Gvir and MK Tal Gottlieb to reassure them about the party's inclusion in the next coalition government. The party stated that the report, published by Ynet, is "complete fake news" and that no such conversation has occurred in recent weeks.

Otzma Yehudit further asserted that no messages were sent indicating the party would not be part of the upcoming government. Instead, the party claims that messages have been circulating suggesting the Prime Minister's office has informed several countries that Otzma Yehudit will not be included in the next government.

The party linked these alleged messages to a Likud campaign advocating for a unity government and to briefings attributed to senior officials in the Prime Minister's office that were critical of Ben-Gvir's potential inclusion in a future government. Otzma Yehudit maintains that such reports and actions are part of an effort to exclude them from the next coalition.
