Reserve officer seriously wounded, four NCOs lightly hurt in drone strike in southern Lebanon
During the night on Friday, a reserve IDF officer was seriously wounded and four NCOs were lightly wounded when an explosive drone struck in southern Lebanon, the IDF said.
According to the military spokesman, three of the wounded were reserve NCOs and one was an active-duty NCO. All of the injured troops were evacuated to a hospital for treatment, and their families were informed.
The statement did not give the exact location of the strike or identify the unit involved. It also did not provide further details on the circumstances of the attack beyond saying it was caused by an explosive-laden drone.
