TV Host Offers to Double Grandchildren's Inheritance to Limit Screen Time
During a live broadcast of the Channel 12 television program "Six with Oded Ben Ami," host Oded Ben Ami presented a segment featuring journalist Liron Zeid showcasing amusing clips from social media. When asked what he would offer his grandchildren in exchange for them limiting their exposure to screens, Ben Ami responded decisively, "I would double their inheritance."
Zeid expressed surprise at the veteran host's statement, comparing it to an offer made by Heidi Klum's husband seven years prior. A clip was then shown from actress Heidi Klum's Instagram, where her son declared that if he lost at Mario Kart, he would be banned from video games for three months. Conversely, if he won, his father, Tom Kaulitz, would have to give him a Ferrari upon turning 21. The son reportedly upheld his end of the bargain, abstaining from video games for three months, and upon reaching the age of 21, received the luxury car.
Ben Ami remarked with a smile, "Promises must be kept." Zeid humorously added, "And that's still not a third of your doubled inheritance, so your grandchildren should also keep their commitments."
