Worker Dies After Falling From Building Roof in Kafr Qara
A 52-year-old man, identified as Ramiz Katanah from the Tulkarm area, died on Monday afternoon after falling from the roof of a building while working in Kafr Qara. Emergency medical teams responded to the scene on "Ahad" Street after receiving a report of the incident. Paramedics at the scene were informed by Katanah's colleagues that he fell from an estimated height of 15 meters.
Despite resuscitation efforts, doctors pronounced Katanah dead at the scene due to critical injuries sustained from the fall. The police and inspectors from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the accident, focusing on adherence to safety procedures at the construction site.
