Police Arrest Kaboul Youth for Shooting at Businesses
Police announced the arrest of a young man from the town of Kaboul on suspicion of shooting at local businesses. The incident occurred around midnight on September 12, 2026, when police received a report of gunfire directed at commercial establishments.
