Ran Danker Jokes About 'Millions' for Festigal Role
Israeli singer Ran Danker, 42, is returning to the popular Hanukkah stage show "Festigal" after a five-year absence, this time playing the main villain in "TOP SECRET Festigal." At the show's launch event, Danker addressed the question of his salary, responding with characteristic sarcasm to a reporter from TMI.
When asked if money was the deciding factor, Danker stated, "Not enough, not enough. You can always do more, you can always pay more. But the moment they told me 'you're going to be the villain,' I said I do." Pressed on whether the sum reached hundreds of thousands of shekels, Danker humorously escalated, claiming, "With me, it's millions. Multiply what they pay Noa Kirel by about two, that's about double six." He then joked that his financial aspirations, which include a wedding with yachts in Portofino like Omer Adam's recent nuptials, require him to perform in 50 Festigal shows annually.
