Prominent Rabbis Undergo Medical Procedures, Haredi Community Prays for Recovery

The Vizhnitz Rebbe is scheduled to undergo a life-saving heart pacemaker implantation at Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center in Jerusalem on September 27th. During the procedure, thousands of his Hasidic followers worldwide will gather for communal prayers. The Rebbe recently presided over his granddaughter's engagement celebration, encouraging singing and uplifting the spirits of his community. The Hasidic community is calling for prayers for Rabbi Yisrael, son of Leah Esther, for his full recovery.

In other news, thousands of Sanz-Klausenburg Hasidim spent Rosh Hashanah in Netanya, celebrating the holiday in the presence of their Rebbe. During the Torah reading, the Rebbe offered a special prayer for the complete recovery of the Rebbes of Vizhnitz, Belz, Boyan, and Hordinka. Meanwhile, the Modzitz Rebbe was hospitalized on the first night of Rosh Hashanah due to heart weakness but insisted on leaving the hospital to lead prayers on the holiday morning. His community is also requesting prayers for his health.

Additionally, the new Beit Midrash (study hall) of the 'Be'er Yitzchak' Yeshiva in Tal-Ztoun was inaugurated on the eve of Yom Kippur, with the study hall doubling in size and undergoing extensive renovations. Several prominent rabbis, including the Rebbes of Tchebin, Galanta, Zvihl, and Rabbi Gamliel Rabinowitz, visited Rabbi Yaakov Meir Shachter, the senior rabbi of Breslov, to offer and receive blessings for the new year. In Antwerp, Belgium, thousands of Hasidim gathered for Selichot prayers led by the Pshevarsk Rebbe on the eve of Rosh Hashanah. Large gatherings also took place in Bnei Brak for Rosh Hashanah prayers and celebrations at various Hasidic courts, including Vizhnitz, D'arago, Sadigura, and Belz.
