Two Injured in Separate Violence Incidents in Umm Batin and Tayibe
Two individuals were seriously and moderately injured overnight Monday in separate violent incidents in the Bedouin town of Umm Batin and the city of Tayibe. In Umm Batin, a 22-year-old woman sustained penetrating wounds and was found in a confused, unstable condition. MDA paramedics provided initial medical treatment and evacuated her via a mobile intensive care unit to Soroka Hospital in serious condition.
Later, in Tayibe, a 27-year-old man arrived at a local clinic with a penetrating wound. MDA paramedics treated him and transported him to Meir Hospital in moderate condition.
