Hapoel Be'er Sheva midfielder Niv Yehoshua expressed optimism despite the team's recent elimination from the Champions League, stating that the setback could ultimately be beneficial. The team secured a 2-0 victory over Hapoel Petah Tikva on Sunday, with Yehoshua playing a key role in the defensive midfield.

Yehoshua, who joined the club recently, praised the welcoming environment, crediting the staff, city residents, and fans for his smooth integration. He acknowledged the hard work ahead in a long season but expressed gratitude for the support he has received. "Thank God I also did a good job," he stated.

Reflecting on his career aspirations, Yehoshua emphasized his ambition to reach higher levels of play, drawing from his experience with Maccabi Petah Tikva and his previous work with coach Ran Kochva.
