Three Young Men Found Dead in Burned Car Near Baqa al-Gharbiyya
Three young men were discovered dead inside a car that had been set ablaze in an open area between Baqa al-Gharbiyya and Jatt. The victims have been identified as brothers Qassem and Wazen Odeh, and their cousin Yahya Bassimi from the village of Jaljuliya. Police suspect the three were murdered elsewhere before their bodies were transported to the vehicle and the car was torched.
Initial investigations suggest a criminal motive for the killings. Police forces were heavily deployed at the scene to collect evidence and commence their investigation into the circumstances of the incident and to identify those involved. A police spokesperson stated that the bodies of three deceased men were found inside the burning vehicle, and their identities were not immediately known.
Magen David Adom paramedics reported receiving a call about the incident at 3:09 AM. Upon arrival and after extinguishing the fire, emergency crews found the three men inside the car, unconscious, without a pulse or breathing, and pronounced them dead at the scene. Emergency medical technician Abd Bayadsi and paramedic Ahva Saadia described the scene, stating they could only pronounce the victims deceased after finding them unresponsive within the burned vehicle.
