Hapoel Jerusalem secured a preseason victory, defeating French EuroCup champions Bourg 87-80 in a preparation tournament held in Vilnius. The Israeli team, aiming for a strong 2026-2027 season, showcased a solid performance against their European counterparts.
David Roddy led Hapoel Jerusalem's scoring with 17 points, closely followed by Shai Milon with 16. Other significant contributors included Devonte' Cokley and Dusan Miletic, both scoring 12 points, and Keni Lofton and Jalen Smith, who added 11 points each. Despite a late push from Bourg, which saw them reduce the deficit to 75-73 with five minutes remaining, Hapoel Jerusalem closed out the game effectively, securing the 87-80 win.
