Heavy Traffic Reported on Major Israeli Highways
Israel's National Roads Company (Netivei Israel) has reported significant traffic congestion in several key areas across the country. The company updated the public on heavy traffic conditions affecting central and southern Israel.
Specifically, Highway 1 eastbound is experiencing severe delays between the Latrun and Sorek interchanges. On Highway 4 southbound, congestion extends from the Geha interchange to the Givat Shmuel interchange. The same highway, Highway 4, is also heavily congested northbound from the Aluf Sadeh interchange to the Givat Shmuel interchange.
Further north, Highway 2 northbound is seeing substantial traffic jams between the Olga interchange and the Zichron Yaakov interchange. These reports indicate widespread travel disruptions for commuters and drivers in these regions.
