IDF Launches Surprise Drill in West Bank Ahead of Holidays

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has initiated a surprise drill within the Judea and Samaria Division, involving the rapid mobilization of all battalions in the area. The exercise, which began recently and is expected to conclude by the afternoon, aims to test surprise scenarios and enhance operational readiness ahead of the upcoming holiday season.

According to the IDF Spokesperson's Unit, the drill is designed to assess the forces' alert status and operational fitness, practicing various contingency plans as part of the broader operational preparations for the holidays.
