Married at First Sight Star Laiki Glick Discusses Relationship With Tomer

Laiki Glick, a participant from the latest season of the Israeli reality show "Married at First Sight," has opened up about her relationship with Tomer, revealing they are still together and stronger than ever. Glick clarified that the on-screen portrayal of their relationship, which highlighted significant challenges and awkward moments, did not accurately reflect their real-life experience.

She explained that while the show's editing created a narrative of difficulty, their connection felt natural from the start. Glick addressed a controversial comment Tomer made about attraction, stating that it was taken out of context. She emphasized that Tomer expressed feelings for her early on, and any perceived hesitation was due to pressure and intimacy issues, not a lack of interest. "He courted me endlessly," Glick said, adding that she never felt rejected.

Despite their strong feelings, the couple experienced a difficult breakup for a month and a half after filming concluded due to the intensity of the situation. However, they reconciled on February 14th and have been rebuilding their relationship since. Glick shared that if she had met Tomer in a regular dating scenario, she might have dismissed him due to initial stereotypes, but she is grateful she gave him a chance.

Now a year into their relationship, they have traveled together and Tomer regularly attends Glick's musical performances. While they are not yet living together and are taking things at their own pace, the next significant step involves Tomer joining Glick for the upcoming holiday with her Chabad Lubavitch parents, who are very supportive of their relationship.

In addition to her personal life, Glick has resumed her international music career, recently sharing backstage space with Miley Cyrus. Glick described Cyrus as kind and polite, noting that much of her team is Jewish and her bodyguard is Israeli. Glick also mentioned receiving support from Cyrus and her entourage during the recent conflict with Iran.
