Hapoel Tel Aviv Fan Group to Halt Organized Support After Derby

The Hard Block, an organization of Hapoel Tel Aviv football club fans, announced it will cease its organized support for the team after the upcoming derby match later this month. In a statement released on Friday, the group cited a lack of substantial steps by the club's management towards reuniting the fan base and bringing supporters back to the stands.

The Hard Block stated that for over a year, they have been working to fill the void and foster unity among fans, aiming for everyone to return to their rightful place. However, they feel the club has not taken significant actions to facilitate this reunion.

While the organization will continue to attend games as individual supporters, their organized activities, including drumming and flag-waving, will conclude after the September 17th derby. The group urged the club's management to address the divisions within the fan community and called on fans to prioritize the team above all else.

The Hard Block expressed their commitment to the club's name, colors, and symbol, emphasizing their continued presence as individuals supporting Hapoel Tel Aviv. They hope their action will prompt the club to take meaningful steps towards fan reintegration.
