Teachers Union Strikes for Two Hours at Al-Bayader School After Attack on Educator

This action is in protest of a shooting incident that occurred earlier that morning, injuring teacher Orwa Nasser from Dir Hanna. Union representatives are scheduled to visit the school on Sunday to engage in dialogue with the teaching staff.
The union reported that Nasser was shot in the legs by an assailant wearing a mask while he was inside his car in the school's parking lot. The injured teacher was transported to the hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
