Fallen Soldier's Father Recites Kaddish for All Fallen at Western Wall
Assaf Levi, the father of Sergeant Yikir Levi, who fell on October 7th, recited the Kaddish prayer at the Western Wall during a Selichot (penitential prayers) service. The event, held Wednesday evening, was part of a tour of penitential prayers in Jerusalem organized by the "One Family" association in cooperation with the Western Wall Heritage Foundation. Levi dedicated the prayer for the souls of all those who sacrificed their lives for the State of Israel. Sergeant Yikir Levi fell on October 7th at the Paga outpost. Bereaved families participated in the tour and prayer ceremony.
The "One Family" association focuses on supporting families of victims of terror and war, and the Western Wall Heritage Foundation works to preserve and develop the holy site and its surroundings.
