Master Chef Finale Hits Historic Low Ratings in Israel

The finale of the Israeli version of "Master Chef - Dream Team" aired Wednesday night, drawing a historically low viewership for the show's finale, despite being the most-watched program of the evening. Channel 12's broadcast garnered a 15.7% rating, translating to 417,000 viewers, marking the lowest rating ever for a "Master Chef" finale in Israel. This occurred during one of the show's least-watched seasons overall.

Despite the record low for the finale, Channel 12 led the night's ratings. In contrast, Channel 14's "The Patriots" achieved a strong 8% rating (211,000 viewers), surpassing the investigative program "The Source" on Channel 13, which recorded 4.8% (113,000 viewers). Channel 11's "Four Weddings" concluded the list with 3.5% (97,000 viewers).

In the main news broadcasts, Channel 12's news program maintained a significant lead with 13% viewership (380,000 viewers). Channel 14's news followed, overtaking Channel 13 with 6.7% (168,000 viewers) compared to Channel 13's 4.3% (131,000 viewers). Channel 11's news lagged behind with 2.9% (84,000 viewers).

Morning and midday programming also saw Channel 12's "Morning News" lead with 3.2%. "Israel Morning" on Channel 14 outperformed "The World This Morning" on Channel 13, with ratings of 1.5% versus 1.3%. In the 7 PM slot, Keren Marziano's "Seven" on Channel 12 led with 7.5%, Amir Bar Shalom's "Choice Area" on Channel 13 garnered 5.4%, and Schlesinger on Channel 14 achieved 4.2%.
