Israeli Airstrikes Kill 9 Palestinians in Gaza
Nine Palestinians, including two young girls and four members of the same family, were killed on Thursday in Israeli airstrikes targeting multiple areas across the Gaza Strip. Al-Shifa Hospital reported receiving the bodies of four individuals from the Ahmed family, who were killed when their home in the Beit Lahia project in northern Gaza was bombed. The two girls were aged 8 and 12.
According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement have resulted in the deaths of 1,359 Palestinians and the injury of 4,571 others as of Wednesday. These casualties occurred amidst ongoing shelling and gunfire despite the ceasefire being in effect.
