Trump Threatens Iran Strike, Promises $5,000 Dividend

U.S. President Donald Trump, speaking at a Republican midterm election conference in Dallas, reiterated his stance against Iran obtaining nuclear weapons, stating, "We cannot allow Iran to have nuclear weapons. It's very simple." He criticized former President Barack Obama's Iran nuclear deal, the JCPOA, calling it "one of the worst agreements in history" and a pathway for Iran to develop nuclear weapons. Trump claimed that if he had not withdrawn from the JCPOA and attacked Iranian nuclear facilities with B-2 bombers, Iran would possess nuclear weapons today.

Trump also specifically mentioned the "Mount Qaf" nuclear facility, noting, "We noticed there was some activity at the 'Mount Qaf' site." He suggested the U.S. might need to "hit them there too" due to this observed activity. He highlighted the capabilities of the Space Force, which he called "my baby," to monitor such sites, stating, "We can see everything... We can see the badge on their coat. We can read that from space."

In a separate announcement, Trump promised a $5,000 dividend to every adult American citizen if Republicans win both the House of Representatives and the Senate in the upcoming midterm elections. He framed this as a reward for the nation's economic success and urged recipients to spend the money only within the U.S., calling it "Trump's dividend."

Additionally, Trump attacked Abdul El-Sayed, a Democratic Senate candidate in Michigan, alleging that El-Sayed's sister celebrated the October 7th terror attack and that his mother worked for an organization that funded individuals supporting Osama bin Laden. He also criticized El-Sayed's campaign for associating with a "Marxist agitator" who allegedly stated that America deserved 9/11.
