Saudi, American, and Lebanese diplomatic efforts are underway to de-escalate tensions along the Israeli-Lebanese border, with American sources reporting a reduction in the pace of escalation over the past 24 hours. These behind-the-scenes negotiations involve multiple meetings between officials in Saudi Arabia and the United States, aimed at containing the situation and preventing further deterioration.

The Saudi effort reportedly focuses on supporting Lebanon's demands and promoting sustainable solutions to stabilize the region and reduce tensions. Diplomatic sources told the Lebanese newspaper Al-Diyar that "under-the-table movement is active," with progress made recently following a visit by the US Ambassador to Lebanon, Michel Cisneros, to Israel for a meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu.
