Communist Party Leader Open to Vote-Sharing Deal with Arab Union Party

Adel Amer, Secretary-General of the Communist Party, stated that the party is seeking to preserve every vote that can contribute to the political goal of toppling the current government. Responding to a question from Hala TV and Panet website regarding the possibility of signing a surplus vote agreement with the Arab Union Party, Amer indicated that such a move requires "civilized political discussion and dialogue." He emphasized that the aim is to prevent the loss of Arab community votes, which he believes will be crucial in achieving the ultimate objective of removing what he described as a "fascist government."

Amer stressed that signing a surplus vote agreement with the Arab Union Party is part of the effort to ensure no vote is wasted that could aid in their campaign against the government. He reiterated that the focus is on consolidating Arab votes towards the paramount goal of overthrowing the administration.
