Chaim Levinson Slams 'The Democrats' Party as 'Brazen'
Israeli journalist and media personality Chaim Levinson has launched a sharp attack against the political party 'The Democrats,' accusing them of hypocrisy and short memory regarding the integrity of party lists and factional loyalty. Levinson's criticism comes amid political scrutiny and investigations into the slates for the 26th Knesset.
"There is such brazenness from The Democrats, who are now nitpicking at the lists of others," Levinson wrote in a combative social media post. He highlighted what he described as a history of defections and political maneuvers by representatives of the Labor and left-wing factions in recent governments.
Levinson cited specific instances, including the defection of Zoabi from a previous government, and the departures of Peretz and Shmuli from the government before that. He also mentioned Gabi's defection from an earlier government, noting it was halted at the last minute. Levinson further referenced prominent figures from the party's past iterations, such as Bouji and Ehud Barak, concluding with the epithet "Brazen."
