Israel's Supreme Court Overturns Government Appointments to Media Council
Israel's High Court of Justice unanimously ruled on Sunday to cancel three government appointments to the Second Authority for Television and Radio Council. The court ordered the nullification of the decisions to appoint Dr. Ifat Ben-Haim-Segev as the council's chairperson, and Adv. Kinneret Brashi and Dr. Haim Shine as council members.
