Suspected Right-Hand Man of Crime Boss Mosely Arrested in Grenade Attack Case

Ariel Vahl, identified as the right-hand man of crime boss Yossi Mosely, has been arrested in connection with a grenade attack on a Japnika branch in Rosh Pina. Vahl, who is known to police, was apprehended along with two other suspects from northern Israel. The three are being investigated by the Kinneret District's crime-fighting unit for their alleged involvement in the incident.

Vahl, a resident of central Israel, had his remand extended by seven days until September 15. The other two suspects, also from the north, appeared in court where police sought to extend their detention as the investigation continues. The grenade attack occurred recently, and the investigation moved to its public phase with the arrests.

Vahl's name has previously been linked to disputes within the criminal underworld. Grenades were previously thrown at his home in Herzliya, suspected to be related to a conflict with elements associated with the Jarushi crime family.
