TV Hosts Paula and Leon Rosenberg Return to Israel to Vote, Criticize Netanyahu

Television hosts Paula and Leon Rosenberg, who relocated to Cyprus with their two daughters shortly after the October 7th attacks, are returning to Israel to vote in the upcoming elections scheduled for October 27th. Leon Rosenberg expressed his strong disapproval of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a pointed Instagram post, calling him a "skilled illusionist" and a "smooth-tongued marketer" who actively conceals his failures.

Rosenberg accused Netanyahu of lying, destroying evidence, and shifting blame, alleging that the Prime Minister employs many individuals to aid in this "concealment and illusion" effort. He expressed disbelief that approximately one million Israelis, according to polls, are still considering voting for Netanyahu, especially in light of a recent report by Shlomi Eldar. This report claims Netanyahu received a direct warning from the President of the United Arab Emirates days before the October 7th attack regarding Sinwar's intentions, a warning he allegedly did not relay to security officials.

Rosenberg urged his followers to vote for change, stating, "If you love me and want to wish me a happy new year, please just write that you will go to vote. And that you will vote so that this head becomes the tail." He confirmed his intention to vote on October 27th, exercising his right as an Israeli citizen, and expressed hope for a "year of correction and new beginnings."
