Charity Distributes Food Baskets to Hundreds of Families for Jewish High Holidays

The "Chaim BeKovod" (Living with Dignity) organization distributed extensive food baskets to hundreds of families in preparation for the Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur holidays. The initiative aimed to ensure that every family could celebrate the High Holidays with dignity, joy, and abundance.

The large-scale distribution, led by organization chairman Rabbi Chaim Yisrael Erblich and CEO Rabbi Shimon Barem, involved meticulous planning to cater to diverse family needs. The "Chaim BeKovod" philosophy emphasizes providing more than basic aid, enabling families to live and celebrate with honor throughout the year.

Prominent figures, including the organization's presidents, Rabbi Shlomo Auerbach Stern and Rabbi Chaim Yosef Biderman of Lelov, visited the distribution site, expressing admiration for the scope and thoughtful execution of the event. They blessed the donors and partners, wishing them a sweet new year and continuous prosperity.

Bnei Brak Mayor Rabbi Chanoch Zeibert also attended, commending the organization's efforts. The holiday distribution is part of "Chaim BeKovod's" ongoing charitable activities, which include the "Lev LeLev" program supporting single-parent families and the "Kesef LeYeled" program providing assistance to children in need.

Organization leaders thanked donors, partners, and volunteers, highlighting that while the High Holiday distribution is a peak event, the organization's comprehensive support extends throughout the year. They reiterated their mission to enable families in Israel to live with dignity.
