King Store Supermarket Chain Eyes Stock Market Debut
Supermarket chain King Store has completed a NIS 10 million upgrade of its flagship store in Rosh HaAyin, as part of a broader expansion and new concept rollout. The investment aims to enhance the customer experience and introduce a unique product mix.
The renovated 6,500-square-meter store in the Lev Ha'aretz industrial zone now features a modern design and advanced shopping experience. This flagship location highlights King Store's distinctiveness, blending familiar Israeli market products with authentic flavors and goods from Arab and Middle Eastern cuisines, reflecting its origins in the Galilee region.
King Store CEO Majdi Katani expressed optimism about the company's future, stating, "We are hopeful to go public at the end of the process." The chain plans to implement this new concept in stores it opens over the next two years.
In addition to the Rosh HaAyin upgrade, King Store opened two other branches in 2026, in Tayibe and near the Idan HaNegev industrial area. The company continues to seek opportunities for growth and strengthening its presence in the Israeli retail market, aiming to bring its unique offering of authentic Middle Eastern products and an advanced shopping experience to more customers nationwide.
