Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Surges, Led by Empa and Tower Shares
The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange concluded trading with significant gains on Tuesday, with leading indices experiencing notable upward movement. The TA-35 index climbed 1.12% to close at 4,311.01 points, while the TA-125 index saw a 0.71% increase, settling at 4,230.05 points.
Leading the day's advancers was Empa, whose stock surged by 9.83% to reach a trading price of 1,575. Tower followed closely, with an 8.24% jump to 68,280. Other strong performers included Keystone Infra, which rose 5.90% to 2,280, and Qualitao, up 5.52% to 37,460. Nova, the stock exchange itself, rounded out the top five gainers with a 5.35% increase to 115,350.
On the downside, Electra Real Estate experienced the most significant drop, falling 6.52% to 2,280. Ackerstein Group lost 3.88% of its value, closing at 720.1. Nice saw a decline of 3.85% to 31,200, and Mega Or weakened by 3.46% to 49,330. Electra concluded the list of decliners, with a 2.90% decrease to 12,050.
