Alexander Hasidic Group Holds Selichot Prayers at Temporary Venue

Hundreds of Alexander Hasidim gathered on Saturday night for the first Selichot prayers, led by their Rebbe, at the municipal auditorium in Bnei Brak. This venue will serve as a temporary replacement for the main prayer hall, which is currently under construction.

The move to the auditorium was necessitated by the ongoing construction of the new, larger prayer hall for the Hasidic community. The Selichot prayers, a penitential service recited in the days leading up to Yom Kippur, are a significant event for the Hasidic followers.
