Jerusalem District police raided a school in the Wadi al-Joz neighborhood of East Jerusalem after receiving specific intelligence, according to a police statement. Detectives from the district's special operations unit searched the educational institution and said they found materials suspected of incitement.
During the search, officers seized Palestinian Authority flags, scarves with similar characteristics, and study materials and content associated with the Palestinian Authority. Police said the operation was carried out by detectives from the Jerusalem District's central unit.
Following the findings and as part of the opened investigation, the school principal was detained for questioning. Police did not provide further details about the school or the evidence beyond the items found during the raid.
