Veteran "Good Evening with Guy Pines" Producer Departs After 19 Years

Noy Gavish, a senior editor and desk chief at the Israeli entertainment news program "Good Evening with Guy Pines," is leaving the show after 19 years. The announcement comes as the program, broadcast on Channel 12, is set to go off the air until after the upcoming holidays, concluding another season.

Gavish announced her departure on Instagram, reflecting on her long tenure. She joined the program as a young woman from Kibbutz Yiftah and is leaving as a married mother of three living in Tel Aviv. Gavish stated that her work on the show was a significant part of her identity, allowing her to pursue her passion, learn from industry professionals, travel, and build lasting relationships.

Her decision to leave stems from a renewed passion for her personal Instagram project, FOMO, which began as a small endeavor but evolved into a platform for her creative ideas. Gavish explained that she wants to dedicate her full attention to FOMO.

She will be launching a new independent venture with fellow "Good Evening" colleague Rinat Zuarz. Together, they will fully develop FOMO, bringing numerous ideas, motivation, and energy to their new project. Gavish expressed gratitude to Guy Pines and Mia Raznik for the opportunity and their support of her decision to pursue this new path, emphasizing the importance of pursuing dreams regardless of age or comfort level.
