Young Man Critically Wounded in West Bank Stabbing Attack

A 20-year-old man was seriously injured in a stabbing attack on Monday at the Yehuda Farm outpost near the Palestinian village of Auja in the West Bank. According to reports, the assailant arrived in a vehicle, spoke with the victim, and then stabbed him before fleeing. MDA paramedics provided initial medical treatment to the victim, who sustained stab wounds, and evacuated him to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva. Security forces were dispatched to the scene and are searching the area. A manhunt for the attacker has been initiated, and the IDF has imposed a closure on villages in the vicinity. Aviel Mamlia, an emergency medical technician, stated that upon arrival, he found the victim fully conscious with several stab wounds. "We provided him with initial medical treatment along with an IDF medical team, and he was evacuated to the hospital in moderate to serious condition," he said.

This incident follows a similar attack approximately two weeks prior, where a 24-year-old man was moderately injured in the Jordan Valley. In that incident, the victim was stabbed near a shop in the Palestinian village of Auja. The investigation revealed that the victim, who was with his family in a vehicle, had stopped by Route 90 next to a shopping center. As the victim returned to his car, the assailant ambushed him from behind and stabbed him multiple times in the shoulder. He was evacuated for medical treatment in moderate condition. MDA reported that the injured man was met by medical teams who provided treatment before he was taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center. The victim's brother stated to the press that his brother had taken leave from his military base and they were on a trip to Tiberias. On the way, they stopped to buy cigarettes, and when he returned to the car, the assailant was waiting and attacked him.
