Singapore stands out as a leader in future workforce preparedness, attributing its success to a national strategy prioritizing human capital development alongside technological investment. The country systematically invests in lifelong learning, subsidizes reskilling programs for workers at all career stages, and fosters collaboration between government, academia, and employers.
