PR Executive Slams Upcoming Israeli Elections as Existential Choice

Rani Rahav, owner and chairman of the public relations firm "Ran Rahav Communications and Public Relations," expressed strong opinions on Channel 13's program "Shishi" regarding the upcoming Israeli elections. Rahav criticized the notion that the elections would be a simple left-right political divide, calling it a "colossal and strategic mistake."

Instead, Rahav characterized the upcoming vote as the most fateful since the state's founding, framing it as a choice between "light and darkness." He elaborated that "light" represents those who desire peace and harmony and believe in majority rule, contrasting this with "darkness," which he associated with anti-democratic forces and those who do not take responsibility, citing the events of October 7th as a consequence. He specifically mentioned MK Rotman, implying he dictated an agenda under Prime Minister Netanyahu's protection.

Rahav further condemned those who would vote for individuals he believes brought about the October 7th attacks, have not taken responsibility, and have not established a state commission of inquiry. He also criticized the allocation of 6 billion shekels to entities that did not contribute to national service or support wounded soldiers and citizens.

Rahav, who also serves as a regular commentator on Channel 13, heads a large PR firm representing approximately 120 companies, including major corporations like Isracard, El Al, Shufersal, Cellcom, Teva, and Bank Hapoalim.
