Indictment Filed Over Fatal Hit-and-Run in Hod HaSharon Traffic Circle

Prosecutors have filed a traffic court indictment against 52-year-old Sharon Eliszada over the death of 12-year-old Noam Moed, who was killed in Hod HaSharon in February.

According to the indictment, Moed was riding an electric bicycle in a roundabout when Eliszada entered the circle without slowing down, braking, or yielding the right of way, and struck him fatally.

Eliszada is charged with causing death by negligent driving. The case will now proceed in traffic court.
