Alexander Rebbe Visits Emmanuel, Blesses Followers and New Institutions

The Grand Rabbi of Alexander, Rabbi Yitzchak Meir HaKohen, visited the city of Emmanuel yesterday, generating significant excitement among his followers. Upon arrival at the construction site of a new synagogue, he was greeted by the head of the local council, Rabbi Eliyahu Gafni, and synagogue trustees. The Rebbe received a comprehensive update on the construction progress, including completed stages and future plans for the new building, which will serve the community for Torah study and prayer.

During his tour, the Rebbe showed keen interest in the building details, inspected the structure, and reviewed the final plans. He was presented with a special list of donors contributing to the synagogue's construction. The Rebbe reviewed the names and offered heartfelt blessings for success and divine assistance to all who supported the project.

Following the site visit, a ceremony was held to inaugurate the new "Chay Olam" kollel (advanced Torah study institute), led by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Sherler. The Rebbe then held a public audience for followers seeking blessings ahead of the Rosh Hashanah holiday. Among those who came to greet him was the chairman of the Religious Council, Rabbi Ofir Simchi.

Towards the end of his visit, the Rebbe toured the "Chay Olam" kollel, interacting with the students and discussing the institute's activities and future development plans with Rabbi Sherler. The visit was seen as a significant boost to the local Alexander Hasidic community, marking progress in both the new prayer facility and the expansion of Torah institutions in Emmanuel.
