With the European football transfer window now shut, Israel's Premier League has a two-week extension until September 16th to sign new players. Among the notable players who could return are Liel Abada of Charlotte FC, who has struggled for consistent playing time in the US and whose contract ends in January, though his high salary might be a barrier. Dean David of Yokohama F. Marinos, whose contract also expires soon, is sidelined with a minor injury but remains a potent attacking option. Ofri Arad of Steaua Bucharest has seen limited minutes and could be a target for Maccabi Haifa. Muhamed Abu Fani of Red Star Belgrade might be looking to move after a coaching change, despite recent reports suggesting he is staying.
