Media Personality Slams Netanyahu for Shabbat Interview
Media personality Boaz Golan has sharply criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over an upcoming interview scheduled to air on Friday night. Golan stated that a quick search revealed no sitting prime minister has ever been interviewed on a program broadcast on Shabbat since the establishment of the state, not even for pre-recorded segments or previews. He noted that Netanyahu himself did this in 2010, subsequently apologizing and promising to adhere to Shabbat observance in the future. "This week he is doing it again!" Golan exclaimed.
Golan concluded his remarks with strong words, stating, "He who speaks in the media about 'heavenly assistance' in an existential war cannot desecrate Shabbat, the source of blessing for the people of Israel. Shame!"
