Motorcyclist Dies in Early Morning Crash Near Jerusalem
A man in his thirties died early Thursday morning after sustaining critical injuries in a motorcycle accident on Highway 1 near the Shomroni junction, close to Jerusalem. Magen David Adom (MDA) reported that its paramedics received a call at 2:25 AM and arrived at the scene to provide medical treatment, including extensive resuscitation efforts. Despite their efforts, the man's severe and multiple injuries were deemed critical, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Paramedics Eli Bernstein and Ariyeh Weiss described finding the victim lying beside the road, unconscious, without a pulse or breathing, and suffering from severe injuries throughout his body. The motorcycle was found some distance away from him.
