Caretaker Finds 51-Year-Old Daughter Dead at Home in Tel Aviv

A home caregiver in Tel Aviv-Yafo found her 51-year-old daughter dead after not seeing her for several hours. The discovery was made on Tuesday evening at the family home on Gla'init Street.

According to the report, the mother became concerned about her daughter’s welfare after she had not seen her for some time and went into the daughter’s room. She found her with no signs of life.

ZAKA volunteers Meir Elbaz and Avshalom Darhi, who assisted at the scene, said the mother entered the room and found her daughter dead. They said they, along with other volunteers, worked at the site and helped police officers who arrived and opened an investigation.

The body was transferred to the National Institute of Forensic Medicine for further examination to determine the cause of death. Police said the investigation is continuing and no additional initial findings have been released.
