Children Who Faced Bullying Learn Self-Defense in Boxing Ring
In response to a rise in schoolyard bullying and social exclusion, a new initiative is empowering dozens of children who have experienced ostracism. These youngsters are now learning to defend themselves through boxing.
The program aims to provide a constructive outlet for children who have struggled with social isolation, offering them tools to build confidence and resilience. Participants shared their experiences of pain and their hopes for the upcoming school year, with one child expressing a desire to "start a new chapter, to have friends."
The initiative comes amid growing concerns about bullying in educational settings. The children involved are learning not only physical self-defense techniques but also the mental fortitude to overcome their past experiences and look forward to a more positive future.
