He also mentioned that Seyed, who grew up in Maccabi Tel Aviv's youth system from the age of 8, has adapted well to living alone, a situation he became accustomed to from his teenage years when he moved to Tel Aviv for schooling.

The player's father disclosed that several European clubs, including Stuttgart and RB Leipzig from Germany's Bundesliga, and Torino along with another unnamed club from Italy's Serie A, had shown interest in Seyed. However, these clubs were unwilling to meet Maccabi Tel Aviv's asking price, which was deemed too high for them. The offer from the Colorado Rapids was described as "an offer that couldn't be refused" and was accepted by Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Mohamed Abu Farchi expressed confidence that Seyed will eventually move to Europe within two years, citing the strong connection between the Colorado Rapids and Arsenal, as both clubs share the same ownership and the Rapids' coaching staff originates from England. He also praised his 20-year-old son's maturity and focus during the transfer process, noting Seyed's dedication to playing until the very last minute for his former team, even expressing readiness to play as a goalkeeper in the final match.
