Technical data from an Iranian flight test was provided to the Russian side by 2025. The engineers analyzed this data, which indicated a failure in the engine's data transmission shortly after takeoff. Following their analysis, the Russian team provided Iran with a detailed technical questionnaire addressing issues like combustion stability and fuel systems. While Iran has previously displayed ramjet engine prototypes and claimed to test a supersonic cruise missile, there is no current evidence of a fully operational missile developed with Russian assistance.
