Likud Lawmaker Slams Party Campaign for Excluding Women

Member of Knesset Tali Gottlieb has launched a sharp criticism against the Likud party's election campaign, calling it "disgusting towards women." Gottlieb, who was placed in the 20th position on the Likud list due to reserved spots, expressed her frustration on social media platform X.

She stated that a new video produced by campaigners who are sidelining her showcases prominent Likud figures, all men, sitting around a table with the Prime Minister, presenting their political views. Gottlieb asserted that anyone expecting her to remain silent in the face of such a campaign clearly does not know her.

Her remarks highlight a perceived lack of female representation in the campaign's visual messaging and suggest a personal grievance related to her placement on the party's Knesset slate.
