Likud Lawmaker Tali Gottlieb Considers Leaving Party for Better Offer
Member of Knesset Tali Gottlieb stated on social media platform X that she has not received an offer from another party, but would consider leaving the Likud if one were presented. Gottlieb asserted she had "laid down on the fence for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the right-wing government." She expressed disappointment that Netanyahu, as is his right, has excluded her from the Likud campaign, while campaign staff continue to brief against her and portray her as a weakening force within the party.
Gottlieb further elaborated that if she were to receive a "realistic offer" from a party that respected her electoral strength and her clear potential to serve as a minister in a significant role, she would "seriously consider it" in the name of her constituents.
